For the festive season the whole chalet is decorated, tree included. The whole family gathers round the big table.

The dining area, lounge and kitchen make up one big room, with a large table for the festive meal. The kitchen has everything you need: oven, induction hob, American-style fridge freezer, dishwasher. See the chalet room by room.

Christmas markets on the plateau
Every year, Villard-de-Lans and Corrençon put on a Christmas programme with a market and events. The 2026 programme isn't out yet: it will be on the Villard-Corrençon tourist office website. The other markets in the Vercors are listed on vercors.fr.
For two or for twelve
The chalet is rented as a whole: a New Year for two by the stove, or a big table of friends. Parties are not allowed, and the village is quiet.

How much is the chalet at Christmas?
For Christmas and New Year, Patrick will give you the price by phone or by text. Prices range from €500 to €2,300 depending on the time of year.
Is the chalet decorated for Christmas?
Yes, the whole chalet is decorated for the festive season, tree included.
Can we have a party on New Year's Eve?
A festive dinner, of course. Parties are not allowed.
Is there snow at Christmas?
It depends on the winter. The Villard-Corrençon ski area expects a season from mid-December to the end of March.
