Blue cheese and goat's cheese
In Saint-Martin-en-Vercors, the Roche Rousse farm sells its own Bleu du Vercors-Sassenage, Saint-Marcellin, tommes and yoghurts. In the hamlet of Le Bard, the Chèvrerie du Bard makes organic raw-milk goat's cheese.
In La Chapelle-en-Vercors, the Cime du Mas farm makes Bleu du Vercors and farmhouse tomme. The other farms making the blue are listed on bleuduvercors-sassenage.com.

Honey from La Chapelle
In La Chapelle-en-Vercors, Miellerie Vertaco sells its mountain honey, also at the Thursday market. Miel de Flore produces organic honey.

The Brasserie du Vercors, in Villard-de-Lans, is on the tourist office's list of local produce. The Fermes du Vercors network brings together other producers on the plateau: mushrooms, sourdough bread, mohair wool, basketry.
